Environmental Resource Permits (Wetland Resource Permits) are permits required from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the US Army Corps of Engineers for many types of dredge and fill projects, single family residential and multi-family docks, marinas, access roads, driveways, home pads and all facets of development over or within wetland areas. |

FELSI has a wide range of experience in wetland resource permitting and can manage a project from conception to the issuance of the required permits, including post construction monitoring. This includes site surveys, coordination with the appropriate agencies and the necessary documentation for application submittal.
