An Environmental Survey Report provides a summary of the natural, environmental conditions present on a property. Knowledge of the sensitive environmental features present on a property is essential in assisting in the feasibility or modification of development/construction plans.
FELSI's biologists have been formerly educated or received supplemental training in biology, botany, geology, state- and federally-approved wetland delineation methodologies and soil science and will use this training to conduct a field survey of the property and prepare the Environmental Survey Report. This report will include figures showing any sensitive features and a summary of the upland and wetland communities, soils and other sensitive land features such as sinkholes, and protected species or protected species habitat. |
